Refunds
- Refund or cancellation are subject to a 5% service charge once order has been placed. Once we have confirmed your order is eligible for refund or cancel, payment will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. **Please noted it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

- Refund or cancellation request must be made 48 hours prior the delivery or pick up date as we have to reserved and prepare the order in advance. 

-Pre-ordered items are NOT eligible for FULL refund, 50% restocking charge will apply.
